From P1 Club to Planet Protectors
From nightlife to innovation
Ten years ago, we met at Munich’s P1 Club—an unlikely place for scientists and engineers. But between serving drinks and managing chaos, we found common ground in wanting to make a real impact to the world.
A shared vision
In late-night conversations over coffee, we kept returning to one idea: what if we could capture CO₂ right at the source, straight from industrial emissions?
Creating Meloon
Fueled by a mix of passion and practicality, we left our jobs and launched Meloon GmbH. Our breakthrough? A graphene-based “magic filter” that’s tough enough to capture CO₂ effectively and affordably.
Building a cleaner future
